Meet the Team.
In Y1 this year we have;
Irwin Class - Miss Brewster (class teacher) and Mrs Needham (TA)
Goodall Class - Miss Thomson (class teacher and Geography lead) and Miss Boynton (TA)
Useful information:
Lunch Trolley - This is located in the corridor between both classrooms, this is shared with both classes.
Entrance/ Exit Door - This is the middle door.
What you need - Water bottle, Book bag and PE Bag
Each week, Y1 children should complete the following home learning activities:
- 15 minutes of reading at least 3 times a week.
- 30 minutes of Numbots (logins are in their reading records)
This can be recorded in their home learning log and will be rewarded in school with house points, prize draws and other rewards.
Show and Tell is on a Friday, this is on a house team rota. Look on Dojo for which house team it is each week.
PE days:
Irwin Class - Tuesdays and Thursdays
Goodall Class - Wednesday and Friday
Children should have an indoor and outdoor PE kit in school at all times.
