Admission

Monteney Primary admits children in line with the Local Authority Admissions Policy. Each year we accept 60 pupils. You can find details of the policy and guidelines here.

Parents/carers of potential pupils are welcome to visit the school. Please contact the office to make an appointment. To apply for a place in Reception at Monteney Primary School parents and carers must obtain a Guide for Admission to Primary School booklet from the Primary Admissions Team. The booklet is available by following the link above.

Please note, attending Monteney Nursery does not automatically entitle you to a place at Monteney Primary School. Places are awarded by the Primary School Admissions department of Sheffield City Council.

Admissions to Nursery

Our Nursery is a 39 place setting that offers both 15 hour and 30 hour FEL (Funded Early Learning) and paid places.
